Work consisted of 3 phases:
PHASE ONE.
Restoration and structural works to vaults and pavements.
PHASE TWO.
Restoration to stone work, brickwork and redecorations.
PHASE THREE.
Excavated and built new building under the sanctuary, under Parliament Square. These works were carried out with The British Museum as this was a historical dig. (Two thatched settlements and a roman bath found).

Restoration of Oak timbers all taken from boats.

Complete refurbishment.
Restoration of front facade.
Forming of ornamental marble staircase to rear.

Rebuilding ornamental brickwork to the top of the building.
Replacement of all brick moulded cornices.

Complete renovation both internally and externally, including glass extension and two storey gallery kitchen.
New car port excavated into the Heath with green roof.
